A minor rider is covered by Rider 1’s contact information and guardian authorization.

I am the minor rider’s parent or legal guardian, I authorize the minor’s participation as a passenger only, and I accept responsibility for supervising the minor and following all safety instructions. I confirm the minor can ride behind the operator, place both feet firmly on the deck, hold the operator or handholds, and wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved PFD. Final eligibility will be checked by staff at the dock.
